Budget accommodation with unbeatable setting right by harbour and soukh and fishmarket, a school which star and corniche. The bed was comfy, and the room itself was spacious. We loved the view of mountain.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a GOOD experience here, everything was good, the location was brilliant just next door to a bus stop, the corniche, the old town of Mutrah, which is part of Muscat. Ideal units with a view. All the employees were efficient and pleasant.

Location and staff were exceptional, I liked that. Beautiful view, a large balcony, great bed, too. Flexible check-in. Walking distance to the astonishing beach. The hotel was set only 1 km to Omani Heritage Gallery...

Functional rooms, exceptionally nice staff. Good beds, coffee and free tea were a nice touch. It was immaculately clean and everything was brand-new. I liked the perfect location, within 26 minutes ride to Muscat International airport.

prime location, extensive breakfast, decent service and the staff was competent. we loved the double room as it was breathtaking. luxurious bathroom with a bath. a wonderful beach, splendid view.
